View and edit your personal account information in Heyloyalty to make sure your data is correct and up to date. Be sure to review your information carefully, especially if you use merge fields in your campaigns.
You can access the user panel by clicking the gear-shaped user icon in the upper-right corner and selecting Account information.
Review and edit your information
You can edit the following information in your account:
- First name and last name: Make sure the name belongs to an employee of the company.
- Mobile number: Update your phone number to receive relevant notifications.
- Address, postal code and city: Update your company's address. Keep your address up to date for accurate billing information.
- Accounting contact name and email: Here you can enter the details of the contact person for your accounting department.
Note: Your account name cannot be changed due to billing. If you need to change the name, please write to our support email at support@heyloyalty.com
Access API information
You can also view and use your API information from the account page:
- API key and API secret: Used to connect external applications to Heyloyalty.
- API documentation: Get access to guides and examples of how to use our API.
Under Api header you can generate a header that gives you access to Heyloyalty's API.
